Aesop Rock is known for his lyrically dense and diverse songs. I think a lot of what I like about his music is how personal a lot of the songs feel/are if you're willing to sit with and analyse the songs. He's been making music for about 30 years now, so there's a huge back catalogue to catch up with.
A lot of people point to None Shall Pass as one of the best, don't get me wrong it's a great song, but I don't think it really taps into a lot of the things I love about his music. A few standouts for me have been 9 to 5ers anthem, Get out of the Car, and Cycles to Gehenna.
